The Impact Project

The IMPACT Project, Inc. is a private children and youth agency established in 1991 and located in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. We offer a variety of programs to youth who are placed in foster care via juvenile probation or children and youth offices from over 22 of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties and the state of Delaware.
